Last Blog Post, Yesssss!!!!
Finally, the last blog post!!! Well this had been a good experience, more like a reminder to all the bloggers out there; if you don't have anything interesting to say, you probably shouldn't have a blog. Just a piece of advice I would like to throw out there, take it or leave it. Moving on, what a week it has been! On Thursday I was heading back from work in Salt Lake and I got a flat tire while on the freeway; well more like a blow out. It was the scariest thing that has ever happened to me! Luckily I was able to maintain control and get to the side of the road with out causing an accident. I proceeded to call AAA and wait for 90 MINUTES on the side of the freeway. Can you believe that??? Apparently it was a "busy night." The man then put on the doughnut tire, which meant i could only drive 40 miles an hour. I then had to take the back roads to Provo which took forever!!! Long story short, it was one of the worst nights of my life ughhh. On a happier note, I got my wedding dress and it fits perfectly :). Only 32 more days until I am Brooke Hopoate!!!

Blah Blah Blah
Wow I can't believe it is May 28 already, it is crazy how fast this
spring term has gone by. So let me tell you a little about my week...I
got strep throat again! I know right, second time in two months! I am
seriously not getting enough sleep!!! Luckily I caught it quickly and
didn't have to miss work or school, but it did put a damper on my
weekend. In other news, I started doing in home treatments with one of
the clients at work, and boy oh boy has it been interesting! There is
just something about going into another persons home and telling their
children what to do, while right in front of the parent that is just
awkward. Anyway can't go into too much detail for confidentiality
purposes, but lets just say it has been a very interesting experience.
School is going pretty well, in my mcom class we are presenting a group
business report on Carnival Cruise Lines which is pretty ironic
considering Hunter just got home from a Carnival cruise last week,
anyway here is a video that he put together from his trip.
After doing this business report about Carnival's customer complaints, I didn't think i would ever want to go on a cruise. But according to Hunter it was great, and this video seems pretty funny, so maybe I will give cruises a try after all :).

He's Back :)
Finally, Hunter is home! I was sitting in my mission prep class(ironic I know) and just couldn't wait to get out of there so I could finally see my man after nine days :). I told him he was never allowed to leave me again!
On a different note, did anyone catch the BYU rugby game on Saturday? It was the the national championship, and we beat Arkansas State 49-42 GO COUGARS!!!! It really was a great game we dominated for the most part, but Arkansas came back at the end and gave us a run for our money, luckily we came out on top! I love BYU rugby, but even more then that; I love BASEBALL!!! And lucky for me tis' the season for some good ol' America's pastime...baseball. Here are a couple of pictures of Hunter and me last season at his very first baseball game :). Hunter barely knew what baseball was before he met me, but I trained him well. Although we are at an A's game here, I am actually a die-hard Dodger fan. Not to brag or anything, but the Dodgers have the best record in baseball and I am loving it!! This season is looking good, so wish me and my Dodgers well!

'Ofa atu
I was reading my posts and they are pretty terrible...hence I feel it necessary to explain why I am writing this blog in the first place. You see, I don't like blogs. I don't read them, I'm not by any means a "writer", and i really don't feel it necessary journal my feelings for the whole world to read. So why may you ask am I participating in this blogging fad???? Well good question; it's because I have too! This blog is for a class at BYU and I don't intend to tell anyone I'm writing it. So for those of you who are stuck reading this, I apologize. I was once told to write what you know, and literally my entire life right now revolves around the tedious check list of planning a wedding. Yes it is boring, and quite annoying; however, right now it's my life and I'm not sure if swearing is allowed, but I sure as HE** can't wait until it is over!!! The wedding I mean; I can't wait for the being married part!
This past week I was sick with the flu :(. It was terrible! And then on top of that I had to "smile and look pretty" for my engagement pictures on Saturday, so I'm really hoping that I don't have that whole, I really need to puke look on my face. Lol, life is awesome isn't it. Luckily my photographer is awesome this is a link to her blog http://www.caitlinsheffer.com/
Also my fiance' left me for nine days to go on a cruise to Mexico with his brothers, needless to say, I really miss him :( the end. Oh yeah and 'Ofa atu means I love you. To clarify I do not love this blog, but I do love my fiance, yeah I know gross(blah blah blah) get over it :).

Two More Months!!!
As of today there are officially two more months left until I marry the most amazing guy!!!! Lucky for me then I have a lot to keep myself occupied until the big day. I started up school again for the first time in over a year; hence writing this blog, which I would never do otherwise. I began my new job at Wasatch Mental Health a few months ago. I'm working in the Giant Steps program with autistic preschoolers and I absolutely love it! I also had my church calling changed from beehive adviser to second counselor in the Young Women's presidency, which I still feel too young and unqualified for. Growing up, I loved the youth program and I had the best leaders in the world! It is crazy to me that I have come full circle and am now in the same position to affect theses girls the way I was, I hope I am up to the challenge. Overall life is pretty crazy, but really great! Still working hard and stressing out with wedding plans, poor Hunter doesn't get to see me much anymore. We spent the day shopping for engagement photo outfits. We are taking out pictures this Friday and I'm crossing my fingers that it goes well. Well pretty sure I hit the word count, so until next time!

A Wedding Weekend
My life as of late, has been full of weddings and more weddings! I am currently back home in California and oh how great is it to be home. This past Saturday my best friend and roommate was married in the Oakland temple, so of course I had to come home to be a bridesmaid. The wedding was beautiful and a ton of fun. I can only hope my wedding on July7th(YAY) will be just as lovely. But in order to have a lovely wedding there is a lot of hard work and planning which I am learning first hand. Luckily I was able to get a lot and a mean A LOT done this weekend! I had two doctors appointments, a dentist and orthodontist appointment, a floral consultation in the city, an all day wedding to attend, combined with lots of shopping and wedding planning and my bridal shower this past Friday night. There has not been a dull moment, but I have enjoyed every second of it, especially the parts that included spending time with my family. I know the next couple months are going to be very stressful, but I am going to try to "enjoy the ride" as much as I possibly can! I cannot wait to be Brooke Hopoate!!!!!
